Loss or damage of customer's property or decorations brought into the restaurant will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The restaurant assumes no liability. The customer is also responsible for any damage or loss to the restaurant furnishings and property.

- No outside food or beverages may be brought into the restaurant.
- Payment in full is due at the end of the function.
- Deposit of $300 is due two weeks after booking.
